Alien.gov and Disclosure Updates

The lack of real disclosure is a true bummer, but not unexpected.

So, big splashy movie, The Age of Disclosure, came out last fall. When we dug into it, there was nothing new there. Lots of people, elected and otherwise, talking about disclosure, but not doing it. No meaningful disclosure since the FY2022 National Defense Authorization Act restructured AARO to start collecting UAP/UFO information and reporting quarterly to Congress, and annually to the public. Well, we got an annual report for 2024. There has been no report for 2025. The most recent publication is a workshop whitepaper, from August of last year, put up on the AARO quicklinks to documents on February 13, 2026.

Yesterday we learned that the White House registered two domains: alien.gov and aliens.gov. Does this mean the White House will start unilaterally releasing materials that are not vetted through AARO or Congress? Call us cynical; we think this is unlikely. However, we will use this pinned post to bring you links to articles of interest related to disclosure, if and when, releases heat up.
